Stormwater Turbidity Monitoring Now Available

Stormwater Discharge Services Now Available in Compliance with New 2022 CPG Requirements

HP Environmental, Inc., is now offering stormwater discharge turbidity monitoring for construction sites under the EPA’s new Construction General Permit (GCP) 2022 requirements, effective since February 17, 2022.  A link to the new CPG regulations is available here: https://www.epa.gov/npdes/2022-construction-general-permit-cgp#requirements.

HPE staff can assist general contractors and developers in compliance with this new regulations by reviewing Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) development, discharge monitoring, and reporting and consulting related to routine maintenance and appropriate corrective actions as may be needed to address discharge compliance and non-compliance issues.
