Welcome and thank you for using our online request form. All Legionella sample kits and containers are provided by HP Environmental as a courtesy upon request. We require a 24-hour notice but will try to accommodate you in the case of an emergency. All sample kits are provided with labels, preservatives and a Chain-of-Custody form.
