HP Environmental is now offering stormwater discharge turbidity monitoring under the EPA’s new Construction General Permit (CGP) requirements. HPE can assist general contractors and developers by reviewing Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), discharge monitoring, and reporting and consulting related to maintenance and corrective actions to address non-compliance issues.
